Frequently asked questions

A little clarity.
A more confident next step.

Start with the questions people often ask. Practice-specific details will be completed before launch.

What does OT stand for?

OT stands for occupational therapy. It focuses on the everyday activities people need, want, or are expected to do.

What services will Eden offer?

Planned services include assessments and reports, OT for older adults, OT for children, preschool and school readiness, and primary school tutoring as a separate learning service.

Is tutoring the same as occupational therapy?

No. Tutoring focuses on academic learning and practising school subjects. Occupational therapy focuses on participation and functional goals. Eden will describe the tutoring subjects and year levels once decided.

Do I need a referral?

Referral requirements have not been confirmed yet. The practice will provide guidance for each service before launch.

Are mobile visits available?

Mobile visits are part of the planned support for older adults. The service area and visit arrangements are still being confirmed. Clinic and telehealth availability have not been confirmed.

What are the fees and funding options?

Fees and accepted funding pathways are being finalised. No NDIS, Medicare, aged-care, or other funding eligibility is represented in this preview.

Can I send an enquiry through this draft?

The sample form demonstrates the experience only. It does not send or save messages. Live contact details and secure submission handling will be added before launch.

Where can I find resources?

The OT at Home Resources page shows the planned library structure. Approved resources will be added when available.
